Doctor Ferrin is Board Certified by the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and is a great addition to our team. Dr. Ferrin trained as a Ob-Gyn for years before moving to family and general medicine.

Anya Mancinelli MMS, PA-C
With a passion for enhancing natural beauty and helping clients feel their best, Anya Mancinelli is a skilled board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) specializing in aesthetic medicine. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Georgia College, and was also a four-year NCAA student-athlete in soccer. She then went on to earn her Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University. Anya brings five years of prior experience in dermatology and aesthetic medicine to Evo Medical Spa.
At EVO Medical Spa, Anya performs a variety of treatments, including injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers), GLP-1 Weight Loss treatments, laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Her goal is to create personalized treatment plans that help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while prioritizing safety and natural-looking results.
Anya is committed to staying at the forefront of the latest advances in aesthetic medicine through continuing education and specialized training. With a compassionate approach and an eye for detail, she works closely with clients to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction.
Kavita Mangat MS, PA-C
With a deep commitment to helping clients achieve their beauty goals, Kavita is an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) specializing in aesthetic treatments. After earning her Physician Assistant degree in 2005 from Daemen College in Maryland New York, she has spent years honing their skills in the field of cosmetic medicine. Kavita is passionate about providing customized, non-invasive treatments to enhance natural beauty and improve clients’ confidence.
At EVO Medical Spa, Kavita performs a wide range of procedures, including GLP-1 Weight Loss treatments, laser therapies, microneedling, and advanced skin treatments. Her focus is on delivering subtle yet transformative results that help clients look and feel their best, all while ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process.
Known for her warm, approachable demeanor, Kavita takes the time to truly understand each client’s aesthetic goals and provides personalized solutions tailored to their unique needs. She strives to create a welcoming environment where clients can feel at ease, knowing they are in expert hands.
