3D Body Scan FAQ
What is a Styku 3D body scan?
A quick, non-invasive scan that creates a 3D model of your body and measures your body composition, including body fat percentage, muscle mass and measurements, so you can see changes the scale does not show.
How long does a scan take?
The appointment takes about 5 to 10 minutes, including time to go over your results with you.
What should I wear?
Form-fitting clothing, such as leggings and a fitted top, gives the most accurate measurements.
Is the scan free?
Yes, for EVO patients. Your scan is free when you are here for another EVO service. You can also book a scan on its own.
Can I book just a scan?
Yes. You can book a Styku scan on its own, even if you are not using another EVO service.
Do I get a copy of my results?
Yes. We go over your scan with you during your visit and send you a copy to keep.
How often should I get scanned?
We encourage patients to scan at least every 30 days. Medical weight loss patients get an updated scan every visit so they can see their progress.
Is the scan safe?
Yes. It is non-invasive and painless. You simply stand still on the platform for a few moments while it scans.
