We prescribe compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, along with additional weight loss peptides. Your provider recommends the option that fits your health history and goals and adjusts it at your check-ins.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. A licensed provider reviews your health history before prescribing and monitors how you respond.
What is included in the weight loss program?

How often will I come in?
In-office patients come in every 4 weeks, and your body scan is updated every visit so you can review your progress. Check-ins happen every 30 days, and you can request one sooner at any time.
Can I do the program by telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth is available to anyone in Florida. In-office visits add the Styku 3D body scan to track your progress.
Do you take insurance?
Our programs are self-pay, and you can use your HSA or FSA card. Payment plans and EVO Bucks memberships are also available.
Is the Skinny Shot a weight loss treatment?
The Skinny Shot is a booster shot that many patients add for extra energy. It can complement a weight loss program, but it is not medical weight loss on its own.
