Our Contouring Treatments
Two technologies with one goal: a slimmer, stronger, more confident you. InstaSculpt targets fat and skin, and BodyTone builds muscle. Pair them for both.
What to Expect
- No downtime: get back to your day right after either treatment.
- InstaSculpt feels easy: you won’t feel the cavitation, and the RF feels warm.
- BodyTone feels like a workout: strong muscle contractions, like lifting weights.
- Almost any area: stomach, flanks, thighs, buttocks, arms and more. Not the chest, since neither treatment can be used over the heart.
- Progress you can measure: with InstaSculpt, we typically see results on the Styku scan after the first treatment.
- A plan for your goals: your provider recommends the right treatments and schedule for you.
Everyone is different, so results vary. Body contouring isn’t suitable for anyone who is pregnant or has a pacemaker or metal implants, among other conditions; your provider will review your health history at your consultation.

Body Contouring FAQ
What is InstaSculpt?
InstaSculpt is a non-surgical body contouring treatment that combines ultrasonic cavitation and radiofrequency (RF) to target stubborn fat, smooth the look of cellulite and help improve skin elasticity.
What is BodyTone?
BodyTone uses electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to contract your muscles as if you were lifting weights or working out, helping build, strengthen and define them.
Does it hurt?
No. The cavitation part of InstaSculpt does not feel like anything, and the RF can feel warm. BodyTone feels like strong muscle contractions, similar to an intense workout.
Is there any downtime?
No. There is no downtime with either treatment, so you can get back to your day right away.
How long does a session take?
An InstaSculpt session takes roughly an hour, and a BodyTone session takes about 30 minutes.
What areas can you treat?
We can treat almost any area, such as the stomach, flanks, thighs, buttocks and arms. The one exception is the chest, because neither treatment can be used over the heart.
Who should not get body contouring?
These treatments are not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or has a pacemaker or metal implants, among other conditions. Your provider reviews your health history at your consultation to make sure it is right for you.
When will I see results?
With InstaSculpt, we typically see results on the Styku 3D body scan after the first treatment. Everyone is different, so results vary, and your provider will recommend a plan for your goals.
Can I combine body contouring with medical weight loss?
Yes. Body contouring shapes and tones specific areas, and it pairs well with our medical weight loss and nutrition programs for overall results.
Do you take insurance?
Body contouring is self-pay, and you can use your HSA or FSA card. Payment plans are available, and EVO Bucks members save 5 to 20 percent.
